Technology should create more room for people to lead, serve, and live.
Allen Insight Group is a family-rooted, human-centered AI workforce and operations firm founded on faith, integrity, and the belief that better systems should strengthen people rather than diminish them.
Allen Insight Group began in 2020 with a simple conviction: business is a form of service. Benjamin Allen's approach was shaped by watching his mother raise three children, rebuild a family, and send all three children to college. Her example made resilience, education, faith, and generational leadership more than brand values — they became the standard for how AIG works.
Benjamin later spent more than ten years helping organizations use data, analytics, automation, and operational systems to make better decisions. He saw leaders with strong missions carrying too much work personally and teams with good technology still struggling because their processes, information, and responsibilities were disconnected.
AIG now brings those lessons together. We design AI employees and operating systems that create capacity while keeping human judgment, accountability, and relationships at the center.
Benjamin is also intentional about what growth should make possible. He wants AIG to build people before companies, create meaningful careers, give clients time back, and allow him to be present with his family. AIG's promise of clarity, capacity, and freedom is therefore not a slogan; it is the operating standard Benjamin is building for his own life and for every organization AIG serves.
"I do not want to build technology that makes people feel disposable. I want to build systems that give capable people room to do the work only humans can do — lead, care, create, decide, and build trust."
Real life is where the work pays off.
Capacity isn't an abstract metric. It shows up in the rooms you walk into, the relationships you invest in, and the community you build.
Real moments from the field.
I didn't start Allen Insight Group to sit behind a screen all day. I started it because I believe technology should give people the freedom to be present — with family, with colleagues, with the communities that shape us.
Whether that's a conversation on the golf course, a visit to a local bookstore, or showing up for a community program, the point is the same: systems should create room for people, not consume them.
That's the standard I hold for AIG's work, and for my own life.

Relationships are where real work begins.

Community-rooted business in action.

Where knowledge and community meet.

Who We Work With
We help service-based businesses move from operational chaos to decision control — and we're very intentional about who we serve.
✅ We Work With
Service businesses that:
- •Deliver recurring or contract-based services
- •Have operations, clients, and revenue tightly coupled
- •Are feeling admin drag, margin leakage, or visibility gaps
- •Already use tools — but lack orchestration between them
- •Want clarity before custom software
Typical Client Profile:
- • $300k–$25M revenue
- • Founder-led or operator-led
- • Ops complexity > team size
- • Decisions stuck in people's heads
We Do NOT Work With
This is intentional.
- ✗Early-stage startups still validating a business model
- ✗Pure SaaS companies building product roadmaps
- ✗Ecommerce or DTC brands
- ✗Companies seeking "AI for marketing hacks"
- ✗Teams looking for dev shops or custom apps on day one
- ✗Organizations unwilling to change how decisions are made
