Build your first AI employee in 90 days — without losing the human touch.
Allen Insight Group helps growing service businesses and mission-driven organizations choose the right operational job, deploy a focused AI employee role, prepare their people, and measure the capacity it creates. Technical deployment is powered by our approved implementation partner.
One focused job. Clear human accountability. A measured 90-day path.
Your team does not need another disconnected tool. It needs capacity.
Most growing organizations are not short on software. They are short on time, clear ownership, connected workflows, and trusted information. Good people spend their days copying data, chasing updates, drafting the same documents, answering repeated questions, and rebuilding context that already exists somewhere else.
That is capacity debt — and it keeps leaders trapped inside the operation.
Decisions live in the founder's or operations leader's head.
Intake, follow-up, scheduling, reporting, and documentation consume valuable hours.
Systems store information but do not coordinate the work.
Teams experiment with AI without clear rules, ownership, or measurable value.
What is an AI employee?
An AI employee is not a robot pretending to be a person. It is a role-based system designed to perform a defined job inside your organization. It has approved knowledge, connected tools, limited permissions, clear escalation rules, a human owner, and measurable outcomes.
Start with the work that steals the most capacity.
Example AI employee roles, organized by the operational job they perform — not by trendy model names.
Intake Coordinator
Collects requests, identifies missing information, prepares records, drafts follow-ups, and routes exceptions to the right person.
Project Coordinator
Turns meetings and emails into tasks, updates project records, prepares status reports, and flags deadlines or blockers.
Reporting Analyst
Collects approved data, checks for missing information, prepares recurring reports, and drafts decision-ready summaries.
Client Follow-Up Specialist
Prepares personalized follow-up, updates the CRM, tracks next steps, and alerts the team when human attention is needed.
Knowledge Assistant
Answers internal questions from approved policies, procedures, and project records while citing the source and escalating uncertainty.
Capacity is not about doing more.
It's about making room for what matters.
Allen Insight Group helps organizations reduce operational drag so leaders and teams can focus on relationships, judgment, service, and growth.

Building the next generation
Clarity first. Capacity next. Control always.
The Clarity-Capacity-Control Method — our 90-day delivery architecture.
Clarity
We map the work, decision points, people, systems, risks, and current cost of the bottleneck. Together, we approve the first operational job, its initial skills, and its success measures.
Capacity
We design the AI role and manage the implementation. The technical build, feedback rounds, testing, and go-live are powered by our approved implementation partner.
Control
We help your team adopt the system, review exceptions, compare results with the baseline, and decide what should happen next.
One defined job. Ninety days to prove it.
We start small on purpose. Your first AI employee receives a defined operational job, an agreed initial skill set, approved information, limited permissions, a human supervisor, and a measurable outcome. We do not add another department or unrelated role until the first one works and your team trusts it.
- Workflow baseline and AI role scorecard.
- One focused AI employee role with an SOW-defined initial skill set.
- Technical deployment powered by our approved implementation partner.
- Two structured feedback rounds.
- Human approvals, exception rules, and operating guide.
- Team onboarding and post-go-live stabilization.
- Day-90 value review and expansion roadmap.
90-Day First AI Employee Launch — investment scoped per engagement. Advanced integrations, dedicated hardware, third-party software, hosting, and ongoing model/API use are scoped separately. Technical deployment is powered by our approved implementation partner.

Spaces designed for human connection
We don't build AI to remove people.
We build it to make people more valuable.
People should lead, serve, and connect
Repetitive, structured work should not consume a founder's best energy. People should spend more time on the work only humans can do.
AI Employees handle the repeatable
Focused AI roles take on structured, repeatable work — drafting, routing, summarizing, updating — so your team is free for judgment and relationships.
Human oversight, always
Every AI employee operates within clear approval boundaries. A named human owner reviews, decides, and stays in control of what ships.
Stop being the operating system. Become the architect of one.
Before AIG
- Work depends on memory and heroic effort.
- Tools are disconnected.
- Leaders approve everything.
- The team reacts to what is urgent.
- AI use is informal and inconsistent.
After AIG
- Repeatable work has clear owners and workflows.
- AI and human roles are explicit.
- Information moves between systems.
- Leaders see exceptions and decisions instead of every task.
- Capacity, quality, adoption, and ROI are measured.

Mentorship in action
We build people before we build systems.
I learned the meaning of capacity long before I used that word in business. I watched my mother raise three children, rebuild after divorce, and send all three of us to college. She showed me that leadership is service, faith requires stewardship, and strong people still need support around them.
After more than nine years working across data, operations, analytics, and technology, I saw the same truth inside organizations: capable people were losing too much of themselves to repetitive work, scattered information, and systems that did not serve them.
I founded Allen Insight Group to help change that. We use AI, data, and operational design to give people capacity back — so leaders can lead, teams can grow, and organizations can serve their missions without losing the human relationships that make the work matter.
I am building AIG by the same standard I recommend to clients: the company should create freedom, not consume every hour. It should let me serve CEOs with excellence while remaining a present father, faithful husband, mentor, and community builder. That is why our work begins with people and why we measure success in capacity returned, not technology installed.

What would your team do with more capacity?
More capacity means more time for leadership, relationships, and the work that only humans can do. Map your first AI employee and find out where 90 days could take your organization.
